As the nickname 'El Chuco' originated from a city that left an indelible mark on Texas, we aim to embody that same spirit and make a lasting impression on Huntsville. While we're not instigating a social rebellion like they did in the 1930s, and flashy zoot suits aren't in our wardrobe anytime soon, we're excited to contribute to the hospitality movement shaping Huntsville's restaurant scene.

Inspired by Chef Erick’s mom, each plate is filled with the mouth-watering flavors of El Paso. From the sizzling fajitas, to melty queso fundido, each bite takes you on a journey through the rich culinary heritage of the Southwest. Complementing our dishes, we offer signature cocktails, rotating draft beers, and six refreshing flavors of margaritas. And of course, no visit is complete without savoring a glass of our Spanish Sangria!
